Questions

Is this in the desert?

Yes. Moab is part of the high desert region. In late September, average highs are in the 80s with lows in the 60s. The venue is indoor/outdoor. Ladies, please consider wearing comfortable shoes and/or a block heel.

How do I get to Moab?

Most visitors fly into Salt Lake City, Utah or Grand Junction, Colorado, and rent a car for the scenic drive. Local to Moab, Canyonlands Regional Airport provides fairly regular flights through Contour Airlines and American Airlines.

Do we have to take the shuttle?

We kindly require that all guests utilize our complimentary shuttle service. Due to the remote location of the venue, Uber/Lyft drivers are not readily available and not a reliable means of transportation. If you have RSVP'd your stay at Gravity Haus, your shuttle departure is at 4:30 pm. Please arrive at the lobby entrance in advance. All other departures will be from the Hoodoo at 4:30 pm. Please plan accordingly as there will not be multiple departure times.

Where should we stay?

The bride and groom will be staying at the Hoodoo Moab. Room blocks have been made available at the hotels provided on the 'Travel & Accommodations' page of the website. There are several other hotels in Moab, in addition to Airbnb and Vrbo. However, we kindly ask that you arrange for accommodations at or within walking distance to one of the recommended hotels so as to ensure use of the shuttle. September is peak season in Moab, so we encourage everyone to book accommodations as soon as possible.

Can I bring my kids?

We love all our little ones! However, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children and have made the choice to host 21+ only. Thank you in advance for making arrangements to accommodate this.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes, we will have a full open bar for the entirety of the evening. We hope everyone has a truly magical time! As such, we require all guests utilize the provided shuttle service for transportation to and from the venue.

Can I bring a guest?

While we would love to celebrate with as many friends and family as possible, we have carefully curated our guest list and are only able to accommodate those who are formally named on your invitation. However, please feel free to reach out with your request and if anything changes, rest assured we will be sure to inform you promptly. Thank you for understanding and for being a part of our celebration.
